Dear Northwest Harris County Municipal Utility District No. 5 Customer, The North Haris County Regional Water Authority (NHCRWA) has terminated Stage 2 of its Drought Contingency Plan (DCP), effective immediately. Conserve Water This Summer!
Northwest Harris County MUD 5 is committed to helping district residents conserve water. Besides saving you money and improving the appearance of your lawn, water conservation is important to maintain the long-term health of the aquifers that supply the district with most of its water. Parks and Trails
Exciting things are happening in NWHCMUD 5! The recently built trail system continues to be popular. The District is continuing to explore additional trail connections including connecting the Reserve at Cypress Creek neighborhood to the trail system along Telge.
